Our Services
Harbour Cancer Support Centre offers support to people affected by cancer across South East Hampshire, this includes the patient, their families, carers and friends.
Our centre, based in Gosport, is a safe haven overlooking the harbour for people to come and spend time.
The services we offer include:-
Drop-In Centre
Trained staff and volunteers are always
available to welcome anyone to the centre. They
are there to sit and listen, when wanted, help in
finding information, explain the services on
offer and refer to a therapist when appropriate.
Alternatively just call in for a cup of tea or coffee
and enjoy our relaxing surroundings
Information
We can provide information about all types of cancer and related issues including hospices, benefits and where to find practical support
Counselling
A confidential counselling service, staffed by qualified counsellors.
Befriending
Friendly support, on a one to one basis, by trained staff and volunteers at the centre or in your own home.
Support for Children
A specialist counselling service for children who have been affected by cancer as a patient or the child / grandchild of a patient.
Coffee Mornings
An opportunity to meet others, share experiences and make new friends in a social setting. We aim to bring together people in similar situations for the mutual benefit of help and encouragement.
Complementary Therapies
Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage can help to encourage relaxation and a sense of well-being which can be very beneficial to those whose life has been touched by cancer.
All of our services are offered free of charge, although any donations will always be welcome.

Our premises are located on the first floor, so if access may be a problem for you please do not hesitate to call us and we can arrange to come to your home or meet at an alternative location.
