We have re-started our art therapy group this is now taking place in the centre from 12pm to 3pm. We are currently running a booking system for clients, so if you would like to join the session please contact Ellie in the office as places are limited.
We are open and supporting clients
We are open, supporting local people face to face in the centre as well as still offering remote services to those that prefer. We are aware that a considerable number of our clients are extremely vulnerable due to compromised immune systems, so all services are currently by appointment only, so we can control the number of people coming into the centre at any time. Our services include counselling, befriending, support for children, complementary therapies and art therapy. Complementary therapies include aromatherapy massage, Indian head massage, reflexology, Eden energy medicine and reiki these all run on a Tuesday by appointment. Art therapy is run on a Friday we have limited places so please book in advance.
Our current opening times are Monday to Friday 10am-3pm.
We are hoping to restart our coffee morning and craft group during the summer.

Happy Easter
Hi All
I hope you are all okay and are enjoying a lit bit more freedom since lockdown rules have been eased. Just a little message to say we are still here supporting our clients, if anyone is struggling with a cancer diagnosis or has recently lost a loved one we are here to support you. Our telephone lines and emails will be checked regularly over the bank holiday weekend.
We are hoping we can open soon for one to one counselling which will be nice to welcome back some of our clients. Just wanted to wish you all our clients and supporters a Happy Easter and we hope some of you get to see your friends and family over the bank holiday weekend.
Take care and stay safe 🙂
